This includes the processing of: new service connection application; reconnection of water service; water payments; customer assistance on complaints; request for repairs – high consumption; request for disconnection of water service/temporary plug. Specifically, the charter provides the following step by step procedure for the transacting public, the name of department/division responsible for each step, the maximum time that will spent for the process of documents to be presented by the client and the amount of fees and procedure for filing complaints in relation to requests and applications, and feedback. All these however are applicable only to front line customer services under normal condition. This charter is in pursuant to R.A. 9485 (The Anti Red tape Act of 2007).
